The service visits are designed to ensure that the furnaces are in the best condition possible to ensure trouble free running. VAS engineers have experience of hundreds of installations world wide which can complement our customers engineers. Service visits are scheduled to meet individual customer requirements and, are catered for by our experienced and qualified engineers. On the completion of each service a Service Report is left with our customers detailing all required information to meet any quality standards. Furthermore VAS keep comprehensive records of furnace performances, helping us pinpoint future problems, ensuring our customers receive maximum uptime. VAS also offer temperature and vacuum calibration to NAMAS standards.

VAS offer a leak checking service for vacuum furnace users and combustion analysis for all gas fired furnace users. Furthermore, in accordance with all company quality requirements VAS offer a temperature uniformity service.

| Furnace Relocations |

VAS have successfully carried out a number of furnace relocations. The scope of work to include the following, Preparation of the furnace for shipment, Transportation of the furnace from site to site, repositioning and rebuild of the furnace on the new site. VAS offer a worldwide relocation service and is based around our customer requirements.
